We ensure your floors and furniture are covered and protected as necessary when working inside. We are careful not to damage your property when working inside or outside. We clean up after ourselves and do not leave a mess for you to deal with.

We confirm appointments a day or two ahead of the scheduled time. We arrive on time and do our utmost to keep our schedule. If for any reason we are running a little late, we will call ahead and keep you informed.
We respect your money, intelligence, and priorities.
We will inform you of any repairs or maintenance issues that are desirable and/or necessary. We will give you the available options, pricing, and information necessary to make your own best decisions, according to your personal priorities, needs, and situation. You will know the price of any work before the work begins. If any unexpected issues come up, we will let you know immediately, so you can decide how best to proceed.
